At Lutheran Church of the Cross, faith comes alive when we learn, serve, and grow together. No matter your age or stage of life, there’s a place for you to connect, belong, and share your gifts.
MINISTRIES & PROGRAMS
Prayer Ministry
Prayer connects us deeply to God and to each other. Our prayer ministry team lifts up the needs of our congregation and community with care and confidentiality. Prayer requests can be shared online or in worship — we believe no one should carry burdens alone.
Creation Care
We believe caring for creation is part of our calling. Through sustainability projects, education, and community efforts, we seek to honor God by protecting the earth and using resources wisely.
Volunteer & Serve
LCC is a church built on participation. From serving meals to teaching kids, from hospitality on Sundays to outreach in the community, there are countless ways to get involved. Whatever your gifts, there’s a place for you to share them.
Children & Youth
Not only the “future of the church”, our children are a vital part of who we are right now. From Cross Kids, Journey With Jesus and Vacation Bible eXperience to Route 56, Confirmation and youth group, kids and teens have opportunities to grow in faith, serve others, and build lasting relationships.
Adult Faith Formation
Faith is a lifelong journey. Adults at LCC gather in Bible studies, small groups, PrimeTimers and other special learning opportunities throughout the year. Together we learn and explore Scripture, ask questions, and support one another as we grow in Christ.
Music Ministry
Music is central to worship at LCC. From traditional choir and organ music to Jazz Worship and our contemporary worship team Redemption Road, music brings our faith community together in praise and joy. All skill levels are welcome — if you love to sing or play, there’s a place for you including King’s Kids, Bells of Praise, Senior Choir, and instramentalists.
